Terms of Use
Last updated 23 September 2026
PointsGPT is operated by Atllas, Inc. By using the app or this website you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not, please do not use it.
What PointsGPT is
A search tool. It reads award availability that airlines have published, ranks it by what you can book with the points you hold, and shows you how to book it with the airline or program.
What PointsGPT is not
- We are not a travel agent and we do not sell, issue, hold, or reserve tickets.
- We never take payment for travel and never touch your loyalty accounts. The only thing you can buy from us is a PointsGPT Pro subscription.
- Every booking happens on the airline’s or program’s own site, under its terms.
- We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any airline, alliance, loyalty program, or card issuer. Their names appear only to identify whose seats we are describing.
Availability data is a snapshot, not a promise
Award space moves constantly and our data is cached. A seat we show may already be gone, may be priced differently, or may never have been bookable in your account. Answers in the chat are written with the help of AI and can be wrong. Treat every result as a lead to verify with the airline before you transfer points, because point transfers cannot be undone.
About skipping the last leg of an itinerary
PointsGPT may show that a cheaper ticket to a further destination connects through the city you actually want. Leaving an itinerary early — sometimes called hidden-city or throwaway ticketing — breaches most airlines’ conditions of carriage. On an award ticket your loyalty account is attached to the booking, and airlines have cancelled remaining segments, confiscated miles, and closed accounts over it. Checked baggage travels to the final destination, not your connection. We surface the information; the decision and its consequences are entirely yours.
Free access and PointsGPT Pro
- Free access. New accounts can run a limited free search. What it includes is shown in the app and on our Help page, and may change.
- Pro. PointsGPT Pro is a subscription, billed monthly or yearly (or weekly on some older plans). The price, billing period and any first-period offer are shown on the screen where you buy, in US dollars, before you pay.
- Automatic renewal. A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period at the price then shown for your plan, until you cancel. An introductory or discounted first period renews at the regular price.
- Cancelling. For a web plan, open Settings and select Manage billing under Subscription. For an App Store plan, open iPhone Settings, select your name, then Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Pro stays on until the end of the period you have paid for.
- Refunds. Cancelling does not refund a payment already made, except where the law requires it. If a charge looks wrong, email hello@pointsgpt.app. App Store purchases are billed by Apple, and Apple handles their refunds.
- Changes to prices. We may change prices for new subscriptions at any time. If the price of your plan changes, we will tell you before it applies to your next renewal.
- Referral offers. Invite discounts and rewards are offered at our discretion, one per person, and the current terms are shown on the invite screen.
Text messages and calls
Your mobile number is your login. Entering it and asking for a code is your agreement to receive texts from PointsGPT at that number, sent by an automated system.
- What we send. Sign-in codes and messages about your account, such as your free search being ready. If you tick the box agreeing to it, PointsGPT and the providers working for us may also call or text you about related offers, including with automated or AI-assisted technology.
- How often. It varies with how you use PointsGPT and whether you agreed to offers.
- Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your plan. We charge nothing for messages.
- Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop them; reply HELP for help, or email hello@pointsgpt.app. Stopping texts means you can no longer sign in by text.
- Delivery. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Consent to receive offers is never a condition of any purchase.
No warranty
PointsGPT is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. It may be wrong, unavailable, or changed without notice. Coverage of airports, programs and dates is limited, and we keep improving it.
Acceptable use
- Personal, non-commercial use only.
- Do not scrape, resell, or redistribute our data or bulk-extract results.
- Do not attempt to circumvent rate limits or access other users’ data.
- Do not share your account or resell access to it.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Atllas, Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of PointsGPT — including missed flights, forfeited miles, closed loyalty accounts, fare or award price changes, or travel that did not go to plan. Our total liability will not exceed what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
The App Store
If you use our iPhone app, these terms are between you and Atllas, Inc., not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its support. Apple’s standard licensed application end user license agreement also applies to your use of the app.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the date above, and we will tell you in the app or by email before they take effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
