The questions people actually ask.
These are the airline award programs PointsGPT searches and prices seats in: Flying Blue, United MileagePlus, Aeroplan, Alaska Atmos, AAdvantage, SkyMiles, TrueBlue, Virgin Atlantic, Qatar Avios, British Airways, Iberia Plus, Qantas, KrisFlyer, Turkish, Miles & More, ANA Mileage Club, Skywards, Etihad Guest, Aeromexico, Finnair Plus, Asia Miles, LifeMiles, ConnectMiles, Alfursan, Azul TudoAzul, ShebaMiles, SAS EuroBonus, Smiles, Velocity and Free Spirit.
Every fare is priced in the transferable points you told us you hold: Amex Membership Rewards, Chase Ultimate Rewards, Capital One miles, Citi ThankYou points and Bilt Rewards. We never ask for your loyalty logins or your balances with any airline — you tell us which cards you hold, and that is all we need to rank the seats you can actually book.
We look when you ask, using a licensed flight-data feed. Award space moves constantly and the feed can lag the airline, so a seat can be gone or priced differently by the time you go to book. Treat every result as a lead to verify with the airline.
Because there were no award seats on those dates, in those programs, at the moment we looked — not because we skipped it. Award space is genuinely thin on some routes and in some months, and we would rather say so than pad the page with seats you cannot book.
Try dates either side of the ones you asked for, or a nearby airport at one end. If the route matters more than the date, Pro can watch it for you: we check the route nightly and text you if seats open or the price drops.
Your first search is free. Save it and it opens 24 hours later; we text or email you when it does, if you asked us to. If you would rather not wait, getting Pro runs it now.
No. We find the seat, tell you what it costs in your points, and send you to the program to book it in your own account, under the airline’s terms. We never take payment for travel, never hold a reservation, and never touch your loyalty accounts.
Open the menu, choose Settings, and under Subscription tap Manage billing. That opens Stripe’s own billing page, where your payment method, your invoices and the cancel button live. Cancelling stops the renewal.
If the button is not there, the account has no live subscription for us to show one for. Email hello@pointsgpt.app if that looks wrong.
You can cancel at any time and cancelling stops the next renewal. If a charge looks wrong, email hello@pointsgpt.app.
No. Payment runs through Stripe and card numbers never touch our servers — the payment sheet is theirs and the details go straight to them. We hold no payment details at all; see the Privacy Policy for everything we do hold.
hello@pointsgpt.app. That is the address for support, for billing, for a bug, and for deleting everything we hold about you.
